KrishiCav V1 drives fluid through a purpose-built linear cavitation device. As velocity rises and local pressure falls below the vapour point, micro-bubbles form and collapse in milliseconds—releasing intense, localised treatment energy.

What is hydrodynamic cavitation?

Hydrodynamic cavitation uses controlled pressure changes in a flowing liquid to form and collapse micro-bubbles. Their collapse releases localised treatment energy inside the fluid.

Does KrishiCav V1 require treatment chemicals?

KrishiCav V1 is designed to create treatment energy through cavitation without added treatment chemicals, consumables or additives.

Which applications can KrishiCav V1 support?

KrishiCav V1 is currently configured for wastewater treatment, sludge pre-treatment and biogas, chemical processing, and dairy processing.

What is the difference between Standard and Smart?

The Standard configuration uses analogue gauges and manual control. The Smart configuration adds a touchscreen HMI, live sensor monitoring, data logging, Wi-Fi and cloud connectivity.

Can KrishiCav V1 retrofit into an existing plant?

The unit is designed for threaded inline installation in existing pipework with minimal modification. Final sizing and suitability depend on the application and should be confirmed through a fluid trial.
